Upon conclusion of bidding round three, you may use the following link to fill out and print Form OPM 71 (Formerly SF 71). NATCA Area Representatives will accept OPM SF-71s for employees that have accumulated, restored annual leave, or credit/comp balances for annual leave opportunities that may still be available. You may submit additional leave requests, prioritizing them by labeling them #1, #2, #3, etc. as per the Bidding Rules. The deadline to submit additional leave requests will be posted.
